Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers. Assisting Account Managers with all internal task and communication to ensure client satisfaction and consistent account growth.

• Maintain knowledge of all accounts handled by the Account Management Team
• Assist in training of new employees
• Frequent interaction with Account Managers and other internal departments, with prompt follow up on internal requests
• Identify needs and growth opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Account Managers to create account strategies and bundled solutions
• Assist in developing client presentations, proposals and reports
• Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics to develop client retention campaigns; learn and recognize triggers based on report data and industry research
• Coordinate meetings and schedule calls for Account Managers as requested
• Assist with all client issues and provide internal escalation, as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Work onsite at Path-Tec, LLC, Midland, GA between hours of 8:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday – shifts may vary within these operational hours
• Job responsibilities are subject to change to align with business goals and are not intended to be all inclusive
• Other duties as assigned

• Competent in most Microsoft Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced problem resolution skills with ability to convey solutions effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage multiple tasks, while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
• Detail orientated with low error levels, while working under pressure to maintain client confidence and to preserve Path-Tec’s exemplary reputation

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (particularly in related field) or equivalent work experience
• All prospective employees must pass a background and drug check
