Our terms of shipment are "F.O.B. Point of Origin". Freight and handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Certain items we sell carry a Hazardous Material designation by the Department of Transportation (D.O.T.). These items are assessed additional "HAZMAT" charges by certain freight companies and will be added to your invoice. When possible, products will be combined to minimize "HAZMAT" charges. Please direct questions regarding hazardous material charges to our Customer Service Department.

Payment Terms
Our terms are "Net 30 days from date of invoice" with approved credit. Credit terms may be established by contacting Customer Service and requesting an application form. Credit card, prepaid and C.O.D. orders are also accepted. Please refer your ordering questions directly to our Customer Service Department.

Custom products may not be returned unless they do not meet product specifications. Path-Tec must be notified within seven days of product receipt if there is a product issue.
